I expect a full refund! I had to leave this unhygenic place to go to a different hotel within 2 days.
1. There were cockroaches all over the room especially bathroom.
2. The lights in the room and bathroom were not working so the room was very dark.
3. The staff changed the room for me but the other room had even more cockroaches as well as lighting issues.
4. The staff was very rude, when confronted with these issues, and they told me to contact trip.com customer service.

The room was spacious and had a refrigerator and washing machine. It was very clean and there's even a swimming pool. I'd stay here again next time. The surrounding area is very convenient, especially near Jalan Alor.

The room lwas not in a very good condition.The chair for enjoying the view on the balcony was broken.The room had some cockroaches crawling.The water was not hot enough for taking a shower comfortably and the pot provides for cooking was in very bad shape and small.The cleaners helped us to get a better pot,chair etc.They were really the best and of great help.

The best seafood restaurant in Malaysia is located in Bukit Bintang, and the night market is nearby, so you don't have to worry about food. It's noisy all night, but you'll have a good rest.
