But the place is very calm and serene view.

This hotel is close to Pudu Station, Central Market, Maydin, and quite close to Pavilion. The rooms are clean, the AC is cool, the water is consistently hot, and the staff is friendly. It's great for a family budget.

Terrible! Play around with booked customers! When we were about to check in we saw many customers quarreling the hotel lobby, they always degrade the rooms and give them other rooms . I booked triple bed room which was More spacious instead they gave very small room and if i didnt accept it front desk guy asked me to cancel the booking , which was very last minute and i was with my old parents, which i got no choice then accept the other room which is small. Very bad! Bedsheets and linens are dirty too!
So try not to book this creepy hotel.

I booked for a 5-day stay at this hotel as it is located in jln pudu and also from the main photo, it appears to be a modern gleaming building.
Unfortunately upon arrival, this place looks a bit downtrodden and what turned me off was upon reaching my floor and getting out of the lift, the carpet looked stained and dirty as if it was not washed/cleaned for a long time.
When i entered the room, i was greeted with a musky smell and the vibes in the room turned me off.
I checked out without even staying for a night and forgoing the payment for my 5-day stay and booked into another hotel which provided a different story altogether.
Though the location of H99 is quite centralised and near to amenities, the environment is noisy and packed with people. Totally wrong vibes for me.
