Very bad experience After checking in, I found that the pillowcases, towels, and sheets all had yellow stains After returning to the hotel at 11pm, I found that the air conditioner was making a huge noise. I contacted the front desk for maintenance. The maintenance staff twisted something in the ceiling and it stopped making noise. I asked the maintenance staff what to do if it made noise again in the middle of the night. He said that he would guarantee that it would not make noise again. Even if it did, he would sleep in the hotel and come to repair it at three o'clock, so I let him go. As a result, the air conditioner started to make noise at 1am. I called the front desk and they said that they would find someone to come up to check. I called again at 1:20 and they didn't come. The front desk told me that the maintenance staff was resting and could not come until 2 o'clock. I said let's change the room directly. After the front desk agreed, he came up at 1:35 and called the maintenance staff in front of me, saying that he would not start work until 8 o'clock in the morning. He clearly said that he had changed the room, and he came up to teach me how to repair the air conditioner? It was not until the manager showed up at 1:40 and told me everything twice that he was moved to the new room. It was already 2:30. After arriving at the new house, I checked with the manager and found that there were still stains on the pillows, and there was a door that led directly to the next room. The lock of my room was broken, and the opposite side could directly push open my door. The manager had no choice but to apologize. I stayed there directly because it was too late, but I will never recommend this hotel again. The staff was extremely amateur, full of lies, and did not solve the problem. The sanitary conditions were extremely poor and there were safety hazards.
