Recently went on a solo getaway and truly enjoyed my stay. The accommodation was great, the room was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable, which made me feel right at home.
The only part that could be improved is the check-in process. The process of managing guests through three separate WhatsApp and booking platforms chats felt a little disjointed, and I experienced a delay of almost 1.5 hours before receiving my room key from the runner, which was inconvenient.
However, I do appreciate that despite this, the customer service team was consistently available and responsive throughout my stay. Once settled, everything was smooth, and I was able to fully enjoy my time.
Overall, I had a good experience and was happy with the room and the service once everything was settled. Thank you, Cobnb . I’ll definitely come back again.
