Nice and very strategic place but a few things to take note of, the host does not have a self check in, and don’t have a check in counter as well, have to wait for a while for the service staff to come down for check in. The tower has 48 levels but only 4 lifts in service hence it always takes forever for the lift to arrive.

It sounds like the trip in Malaysia was not well received due to the local reception, which really affected my mood. Ctrip customer service tried their best but couldn't take care of the locals. This feeling of powerlessness really made me angry. But then again, we can't generalize that Chinese people are unwelcome there. Maybe it's just that the boss I met was more casual? After all, there are reliable and unreliable businesses in every place. Next time if I go again, maybe I can do more homework in advance, choose a local reception with better reviews, or directly book a more reliable service through the platform~ This time it's just a small episode, don't let it affect the overall travel mood too much~

The Hotel is excellent. But the hotel managing by “PURPLE ORCHID” it won’t be worse than that. What we booked they haven’t provide any services. They mentioned they provide room service but when I check the receptionist, they don’t provide. It’s a mistake and he mentioned room service means it’s room cleaning by housekeeping. Okay then I ask when do you do the room cleaning, and he mentioned it’s in every 3 days, we were there for 5 nights and nobody shows up. I booked that hotel because it’s mentioned there is room service. Which means I can order food to room. That’s how I knew as I’m a hotelier in ultra luxury resort. And he’s teaching me wow 👏🏽. Totally unexpected and worst service I’ve ever got, in fact it’s not a service it’s just that I paid the bed only :/.

It’s overall a good place to stay at , near to the city center and the price was great .. I tried to check out after 11am and it was a nightmare. You can’t even get down without spending 20 minutes. I had to use the stairs for around 10 floors.

Very bad, I didn't get to stay at all🙄 I called the contact person when I arrived at the hotel, but no one answered. No one answered the phone number I gave, and no reply to the message. Very irresponsible. I wasted 2 hours waiting there! It's their problem. I can't get a refund yet! I contacted the customer service of trip and they immediately helped me follow up
