The reception desk is not marked; unlike other facilities in the building, it's located inside a storage room. It's noisy, bordering on annoying, especially at night. The awnings are inadequate. When opening the room, there's a strong smell of floor cleaner. The rooftop pool is lovely, the only positive.

At 8 pm, when my family and I were flying to Kuala Lumpur on a plane, I received a message that the hotel had made a mistake and there was NO room for us (which I had booked a couple of months in advance and it was paid for). However, the day before that day, I had written messages and sent an e-mail about our arrival time (evening) so that we would not be lost. But these messages were ignored by the hotel. We were abandoned on the street at 9 pm in the middle of the season. The hotel did not offer any solution to the problem and simply did not answer messages for hours. "Sorry" and that's it. We sat on the floor at the airport with a child for 4 hours and looked for another hotel... Disgusting attitude, I do not recommend.
