I chose the Scarlett Residences in Kuala Lumpur, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, for a solo trip. The experience was beyond imagination! The environment is elegant and quiet, making people relax instantly. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, and they can respond quickly and solve everything from check-in to daily needs. The facilities are first-class, the equipment in the room is brand new and complete, and the bedding is so comfortable that it feels like sleeping on the clouds. This stay has added many good memories to my solo trip. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I’ve stayed at many hotels and never left a negative review, but I have to say this one was truly disappointing. From the moment I checked in, I could already feel something was off. The room, including the bathroom, didn’t even have the most basic item—a floor mat. When I asked if they provided one, they simply replied “no.”
On top of that, this place isn’t friendly at all to guests who drive. Other hotels, even Airbnb stays, usually provide free parking, but here you’re required to pay RM5—which honestly shocked me.
I definitely won’t be coming back.

Everyone, please keep your eyes open. Don't book this place. This is a B&B, not a hotel.
1- Check-in is not allowed in advance. If you don't show up in advance, you will have to pay 50 RM
2- The room was not cleaned, the table was dirty, and the countertop was full of water stains
3- Asked the waiter for slippers, but it was fruitless whether I called, sent messages or went to the front desk in person. The service staff said that the person who delivered slippers was waiting for the elevator, so I waited from 3 pm to 8 pm before I got slippers.
4- Because it is a B&B, no one cleaned it in the middle and no one cared about it
5- The photos were taken from other hotels. Even in the rooftop swimming pool, you can only see a little bit of the Twin Towers in this direction
6- There is a bar next door, and it was noisy until 3 am and they were playing loud songs, so I couldn't fall asleep

The apartments are nice and stylish from the outside, but that's all. The downsides I'd like to point out are:
1. 4 elevators can't handle the load, we were constantly riding in an overcrowded elevator with a bunch of stops, we lived in other apartments and everything was ok.
2. The apartments are adjacent and the soundproofing is very poor through the door, they just talked loudly, but as if they were in our room.
3. The mattress is terrible, worn out, the blanket is thin, the towels are washed out
4. The air conditioner is opposite the bed, which is uncomfortable, you can get sick
