Very spacious suite! Very comfortable and value for $! However the quality of service far from matching similar level hotels in Thailand or Indonesia……surprisingly the best smiles and services are from the few door boys at the ground floor entrance……consistently throughout the stay!
My wife’s hand actually got cut by the shower room door due to the poor finishing of the work!
Also…..the master bed room didn’t even have any bath towels when we checked in (nope….not in a rush, we arrived early but actually waited till 3pm to get to check in)! Though it was quickly delivered to our room upon a phone call request!
