The lift is sucks. Need to wait for than 5 to 10mins average each time due to its high floor level and just serving by 3 lifts at the same time. Always long queue at the lift lobby.
Carpark is sucks and dusty due to ongoing construction at the same development.

Clean hotel. Near Thien Hau pagoda. Room has electric kettle, hair dryer. I stayed on the 48th floor out of 53 floors. There are 4 elevators so I didn't have to wait too long. The hotel is near BTS so it's convenient to travel.

It is near to little India and 5 minutes walk to Nu Sentral and. KL Sentral via shortcut. Bring cash for deposit, reception is quite persuasive in accepting cash rather than any other form of payment for deposit. A little walk to ATM and 7-11
