When checking in, we were given a room that was not the one we booked. When we asked to change the room and give us the one we paid for, we were refused. All the rooms were occupied. The room we were given was smaller, half of the items that were supposed to be in the room were missing (kettle, stove, dining table and chairs, TV, wardrobe). Plus, when you enter the room, there is a staircase right away, we had suitcases weighing 22 kg, we had to drag them up ourselves. Two days later, we were given the room we paid for. There was no compensation.
