I went to check in but there was no one at the counter so I waited for over 10 minutes. Ridiculous... I checked in but there were f*cking issues. There were dead bugs. The bathroom had paint all over the floor so it looked like a construction site. I had to flush the faucet three times... I checked in late at night but there was no 200 volt outlet and no hair dryer.. There were no slippers, and there were bug issues. The check-in counter was on the 4th floor but the Grab driver had to go around the parking lot 4 times to get to the lobby so it was inconvenient.. Anyway, after checking in, since it was my first time at a hotel like this, I moved to the Hilton after 2 hours. I checked in early in the morning and didn't have the strength to complain so I just threw away the money I reserved. You should really go to the residence.

I spent almost RM170 for the delux king bed city view, when I check in, they wrongly give me the assess key which couldnt open the door, then a cleaner come over and open the door for me with his universal key. When I entered the room, it was two single bed room instead of king bed room. I came out from the room and went for the reception, the staff saying will check for me and after waiting about 20mins, I finally manage to check in my room but what I get is not city view room as I expected.
The room is dirty and full of stains over the basin and also toilet bowl. The towers are yellowish as well.
It is located in UTC tower, not convenient for grab car driver to pick up us.
