Riveria City by Nexx Field

Stayed in KL ~10 times and this stay was the worst ever. Even hotels in Little India where you couls spot cockroaches was better. Already stayed in Riveria with this company and left good review. Now I regret it. First, they gave me wrong room saying "it's randomly assigned". So basicly you play a lottery booking with nexx field. If you were unlucky, you will get a room with cmentary view instead of KLCC. You will get a room so noisy from the road, construction works outside, trains and ventilation (?) 24/7 that you will be unable to sleep. This noise is like you are sitting on a highway. You get a kitchen, microvawe, kettle, but can't use it because there are no kitchen amentities. There are no even cups (ok, provided on second day after complain). The fridge is soooo smal that if you put 3 bottles there it will be full. And they give this room for 4 nights! They even didn't turn on the fridge, so when checked-in it was warm. There was no light in bathroom (repaired on 3rd day). To reach the socket you need to move furniture, otherwise you have only one socket (if you turn off the fridge). Also must say about extremely bad contact with owner/manager. She can just ignore you if doesn't want to reply. That was one of the worst experience ever. I'm really sorry I left good review for previous stays. Unfortunatelly I can't delete it. Don't play this lottery.

Nice place with perfect location. Beautiful city view, specially in the night.

no depo if one day, they forget to put the iron. need to call them to bring it to me
