There is no front desk when checking in. I had to contact the agent and waited for an hour but no one showed up. Finally, I had to send an email to confirm the room number and send the QR code to enter the room.

Very comfortable stay, location is good near to pavilion bukit bintang. Understand that this is Residences not hotel, so there are few amenities in the building are not for us. If you are expecting hotel service, would suggest to booked 5 star hotel but price would be more expensive than it it's. But if you looking for a short stay, not spending time in hotel, this Residences is an good option.

The housekeeper will tell me how to check in, etc. The room is clean and warm, and my family likes it very much. There is an infinity pool upstairs where you can check in, but because it is an apartment, not a hotel, there is no hotel service. The price will also be cheaper than a five-star hotel.
