Very, very bad hotel!! We arrived at 1:00 and were told that we could only check in at 3:00 pm, but foreigners were coming one after another to check in. The people waiting to check in in the hotel lobby were all Chinese. During this period, I asked if we could also check in? A fat woman at the front desk said with a proud face and rolled her eyes that it would not be available until 3:00, and when checking in the foreigners, she had a flattering face! The hotel elevator was so crowded that it took at least 20 minutes to get a seat each time. The sound insulation was poor, and there were people making loud noises in the middle of the night, from 1:00 am to 3:00 am. We booked two nights, and the room was not cleaned on the second day. There was only a small roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, which was used up on the first day and was not refilled on the second day. The hot water was sometimes available at night, and there was no hot water in the morning! It was really terrible! I don't recommend my compatriots to stay there!

The woman who checked me in had very poor customer skills. She could hardly be bothered to utter a word. She could not even be bothered to stand up to collect documents from the printer instead choosing to ask her coworker to get the printing for her (the printer was literally two steps behind her chair).
It wasn’t until I checked out that it seemed anyone could be ‘bothered’ to offer minimum service.
The room was okay and location okay. The horrible check-in experience really ruined the stay.
