BAD EXPERIENCES!!!
The reason I booked this accommodation is bcz I across to the Restaurant Mon Beef and I don’t need that much space so Deluxe Room is would be great for me. Unfortunately when check-in and went to the room, they gave me Standard Room with so tight-space bathroom and shower. I asked to change the room with I am supposed to get, then they gave me but the room actually wasn’t ready with dirty and still wet bathroom, dirty room floor and even there was 1 mug with coffee left a bit on the bottom still on the room, no soap, no bathroom’s mats, only the mattress was clean.
They said, no more available room with same type I booked and there was such unreasonable for me bcz I booked before the trip, not walk-in. Check in staff say sorry but the only he can do is give me that Standard Room. Sorry, I don’t want that room that’s why I booked the Deluxe Room. And I tried to cancel the booking even though I know this non-refundable but this fault came from them not me. And the staff said cancel via app.
I asked Trip.com chat to cancel with described reason hoping that cancellation accepted and they’ll refund my money. Instead, 2 hours later got replied on the chat cancellation is rejected by the hotel and need to contact the hotel. I repeat the same cancellation process and got another rejection!
Dear Hotel Management, give me back my money!!! This review is my honest experience of how unprofessional the management is. I’m really disappointed and a bit angry.
Just book other hotel nearby this hotel, not here. Many option with similar room rate
