I must have experienced a price surge when booking this room because it is a very budget hotel, and I was charged a similar price to much nicer hotels in the city. I think prices shouldn't go over a certain amount when booking this hotel because it only leads to customer dissatisfaction. The location is good, and the staff are responsive to messages.

Nice spacious apartment in a great central area, lots of beautiful coffee shops, streets, restaurants around.
The furniture in the apartment was tired. I would also like it to be more clean - the curtains were all in huge stains, the floors were unwashed.
There were also not enough kitchen utensils - yes, there was a frying pan, a saucepan, but only one spoon, there was nothing for cooking (spatulas, etc.). There was no clean new sponge in the kitchen, and the one that was there was in very poor condition.

This is quite a good room for an affordable price. It is quite clean and well kept the room we were staying in was quite big and the location is amazing as I just walking down you get to enjoy the nightlife of Kuala Lumpur.
