Don't book this place! The room does not have smoke sensors and sprinkler system, quite dangerous! The room was not clean upon checkin. It was filthy and unsanitary. Toiletries were half used & opened, no toilet paper, glass table greasy, bath towels yellowish, dead flies in the washer cabinet and dust everywhere. We had to stayed there for a night before they can assign new room the next day. So we had no choice but spent few hours to sanitize before feeling a little comfortable. We basically didn’t feel comfortable to shower and ended up no sleep. A new room assigned next day but we found bags of garbage under the kitchen sink. It was so smelly and they didn’t send housekeeping until the next day. It was a little better than the first room but still the bedding and towels were awful, microfiber instead of cotton. I paid higher price for the room due to Chinese new year holidays. I had asked the hotel manager for partial reimbursement, not full. She ignored me multiple times that I had asked. We had a very bad experience at this stay. I would recommend Millerez Square by MyKey Global as we had stayed there 1 night after Old Klang Road by Just Stay. It was compared day to night. Cost less with more rooms. So clean with easy checkin, etc.
Trip.com was very helpful and supportive which I truly appreciated. The customer support team responded immediately and jumped in to help to resolve my issues. Unfortunately ultimately the hotel manager needed to resolve.
