When we queued up to check in at 3PM, we were told the room is not ready. Room attendants still preparing the room. We have to wait till ~4PM+ to checkin. The hotel was not ready to handle huge checkin. Front counter staff ~1-3. The staff explained their system is unable to foresee so many checkin on the day........

2nd time booked n stay with this hotel. Everything is fine except the hotel wifi in the room can’t use at all compared with Dec 2024 i stayed. Hope the management can take note n make improvements.
