Нас в номере встретил таракан, полотенца пришлось просить, так как в номере их на оказалось. Просьба вынести мусор из номера осталась без внимания, пришлось вынести в коридор…
Номер сильно уставший… ребенок поцарапал ногу об разбухший и торчащий ламинат, вся сантехника протекает. С горячей водой периодически возникают проблемы….

Excellent experience here. The apartment was clean and tidy, service was impressively fast as the staff approached us right upon arrival. Highlight was definitely the pool with a breathtaking view of KLCC. Will repeat!
