My advice is don't book this exact room,hard to open the door to take the shower and go to the toilet the handles are loose and they didn't fix it or even get the screw to screw it back .just take a look at the condition of the room !!!!! Their bathroom is terrible especially. No scenery from this room ,if you look down you can see a graveyard ,so make sure to ask first where the room face.cause I know some people get the acene of Klcc,or KL Tower but mine was the worst of oll . didn't dare to open the curtain cause really feels spooky 🤧 千万别选到我这个房间要谨慎

The environment is very good, in the city center, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is pretty good. But the service is basically zero. We stayed for three days, but we couldn't get in touch when we needed a quilt or a towel. The front desk sent a Chinese person on WeChat, probably the landlord. After I added WeChat, she basically didn't reply to any questions. I recommend it for one day, but not for several days.
