1.整體就入住來説，是好評的，畢竟酒店地理位置很好，剛好市中心，去好幾個點都是可以步行前往。泳池拍照也確實出片，房間可以看到雙子塔。房間乾淨，比我想象的要大。
2.但是加一張被子要加錢30馬幣一晚感覺不太合理，畢竟我訂的是四人房，衹有兩張被子，我多要一張被子其實是合理要求。
3.由於酒店的泳池拍照很好看，所以超多人去樓頂拍照，導致晚上等電梯很難等，電梯內部無空調，人多的話對於高層住户不太友好。
4.至於服務，因為我們一家四口入住連住了五晚，基本沒有需要他們打掃整理，垃圾都是我們自己扔的，這是我個人問題，所以對服務我無法評價。另外入住期間有一晚房門無法打開，等了接近一個小時才能處理好！這可能是馬拉人的工作效率問題吧…

Apart from anything else, the receptionist's attitude was awful, absolutely awful. A Malay woman had a nonchalant expression. When checking out, someone cut in line. I told the male receptionist about it, but he got really aggressive, saying the person who cut in line earlier had done so. It really put me off. I won't be back. The service quality is completely unacceptable.

The hotel is extremely inefficient. It takes half an hour to move the luggage and half an hour to wait for the elevator. Remember to bring a shower filter.
