I was still worried before going out. I was not good at English and it would be inconvenient to stay in a homestay in Kuala Lumpur late at night. In the end, it was very smooth. The front desk guy took the initiative to add WeChat one day in advance, which was very nice.

1. There was no waiting in the lobby. When I arrived, the staff did not give any instructions on where to wait. Finally, I waited for 15 minutes in the hot weather before a staff member came to handle the check-in. 
2. The promised housekeeping was not completed
3. The terrace cannot be locked!!
4. The staff did not deliver the luggage to the door as scheduled. I waited for 10 minutes before arriving. Therefore, I was unable to get on the bus to the airport as scheduled.

I often use this place when I go on business trips to Malaysia. It is located in KLCC, close to Twin Towers, and is a good place to stay with family. The manager is also friendly.
