We had a very enjoyable experience with soho suite. Location fantastic. Lots of amenities near by. Most importantly the staff has been exceptionally helpful. After we checked out we found out we accidentally left a red packet containing cash in the room. we contacted Asaraf , one of the staff, he immediately retrieved the cash and returned to us. We are very thankful for his quick response.

We are family coming from Sarawak. They brought us up to the suites and explained in detail to us. Overall was tip top. They provide water heater, mineral water, fridge, washing machine and dryer, ironing material, tv and has a city view. The room is so clean and comfortable. Their staffs is friendly and will try their best to accommodate to your needs. Definitely gonna come again here :) recommended 👍🏻

I really liked the hotel, it is located in the center, 5 minutes walk to Petronosa. There are shops and cafes nearby, McDonald's. The apartment is completely thought out, there is everything - a hair dryer, iron, dryer, adapters, kettle, washing machine, even scissors and 5 liters of clean water. I was impressed by the dryer, almost no one has one and you have to hang things up to dry wherever you want. In fact, this is a manifestation of concern for customers, it is not at all expensive to install it, and other hotels simply do not think about it. Well, and the most important thing is the employees, they immediately come out to meet you, the office is inside the building, they will take you by the hand to your room, show you everything, tell you everything. They allowed early check-in without any extra charges, since the apartment was already ready. We had previously agreed that I would leave my luggage with them, but fortunately for me the previous tenants moved out earlier. By the way, other hotels would charge extra for early check-in. The employees can probably solve any problem if you ask. But since everything was already provided for, I did not contact them. Overall, I highly recommend them.

Because it is an apartment hotel, the lobby and surrounding facilities are quite satisfactory. The interior of the room is relatively old. As soon as I checked in, I was welcomed by a line of cockroaches. The surface hygiene is good, but the washing machine is very dirty, and there is a lot of residual detergent in it, so I can't use it with confidence. The bathroom is clean. The highlight is the hotel front desk (in the parking lot between A1-A3), which can provide 24-hour manual service, and there is Chinese service. The staff is very enthusiastic.

Very nice 3 bedroom apartment including 1 parental with private bathroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 small beds and the shared bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. Enough space. Clean. There is a lot of comfort but it lacks a little crockery. Quiet place
