Stayed at Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang and it felt more like a fully-equipped apartment than a typical hotel room, which was super convenient. It had all the essentials—including a washing machine, which is a big plus for longer stays. Location-wise, it’s really strategic: close to Pavilion and within walking distance to TRX. Great option if you want comfort, space, and easy access to KL’s main hotspots.

This Apartment type is really great place to stay for family. Although we don't use the kitchenette, it's a great thing to have, and also washer-dryer machine.
Spacious place, great views all around, close to every malls, walking distance to the Lot 10 and Pavillion and also to Berjaya Mall.
Great customer service and staffs.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. Overall, the experience was good, but I didn't expect to be charged a parking fee. It would be helpful if this was clearly stated during the booking process.

Dorsett Residences is located right next to Dorsett Hotel, hence we share the same breakfast venue at Dorsett Hotel restaurant. The breakfast is the same every day. There is no variety to the food and it honestly got a bit dreadful by the 3rd morning of our stay. The location of the apartment is good though, about 5-7min min walk away from Fahrenheit and Pavilion. The size of the apartment is just right for my family of 4. The staff will clean the room every day and I love it that there is a washer and dryer in the room for me to do laundry. However I was appalled that the bedsheets were not changed during the 4 nights I was there because the same black stains were visible on the bedsheets throughout. Apartment has a gym and swimming pool on the 30th floor that opens from 8 am to 10 pm daily.
