I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It exceeded my expectations. From the hotel room, you can see landmarks like the Petronas Twin Towers and the Kuala Lumpur Tower. The hotel provides almost everything you could want, including a microwave, pots and pans, cutlery, and a washer-dryer. The room was clean, tidy, and modern. There's an infinity pool on the 37th floor, and you can also see these landmarks. However, the swimming pool ends at 8 p.m., but you can take photos there, just not in the water. There's a sky garden leading to the pool, which is also great for taking photos. Check-in and check-out are self-service. They'll send you the steps before check-in, and you just need to follow them. The whole process is like a treasure hunt. The kids had a blast. The staff are also very friendly. The location is also great, just a few minutes' walk from the bustling Bukit Bintang pedestrian street and Jalan Alor. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kuala Lumpur.
