Horrible; we arrived and checked in. When we saw the room, we didn't think twice about deciding or arguing with the receptionist and deciding to go in search of another hotel.
Finding the sheets with hair from who knows where... stained sheets with a bad smell, damp pillows, the duvet cover ***** is the least I can say... because the bathroom is another story.
And the smell of tobacco as soon as we opened the door.
The only good thing was that the receptionist seemed friendly and a good person; so much so that we didn't even want to bother arguing with him, after all he's just an employee.
In my life I have found facilities like these, I don't even know how this place can be open.
