I was shocked when the concierge staff told me they do not handle my booking. I was curtly advised to contact property management in my booking and "wait for someone to come down to pass me the key." I felt that the hotel concierge staff was unfriendly and dismissed me too quickly when I showed them my e-booking from trip.com. I went to another concierge staff to enquire, and again I was met with cynicism as the staff enquired if I had paid for my booking. I told him I booked from trip.com and of course, payment would have been completed. In the end, the person I eventually liaised with told me I need to make a $200 deposit (which was not indicated in my booking at all). I was upset as I thought this might be a scam. But thankfully, we got our deposit upon check out. The person has limited English and most of our conversation seemed to be lost in translation. He used phrases like "we cannot find your booking" "it's closed" "you can cancel". It made me panic for a sec. Thankfully everything was okay. Lesson learnt.

Bad stay. First of all this seems to be a private person who rent out the apartments, which not is specified on hotels app. There was no check in instruction and after arriving we had to call a number and then wait for a while before we could start the check in because the reception had no idea what this booking was. We booked the two bedroom apartment, and first they gave us a room with just one bedroom. And then we got the two bedroom after complaining. But the two bedroom was poorly cleaned, with dirty bed clothes. There was also a very bad smell in the entire apartment. I would not recommend nor book this apartment.

Handled by private operators with no physical check in counter and no proper instructions on keys collection and check out. Wasted alot of time. Rooms are poorly maintained, no basic toilet amenities and the bed is terrible. Not recommended and will not come back.
