The room is quite big n comfortable, living room is big, sofa is nice, bedroom is nice n clean. Only the kettle a bit old.over all quite recommendef. 10?minutes walk to bukit bintang n jln alor.

The location is good (near the JW Marriot hotel due to work needs); the room tidiness is slightly below average; there is a small supermarket downstairs for convenience; check in takes too long (waiting for message reply, mailbox key card first time and no waiting staff inside delivery); the sound insulation is slightly poor; the electronic lock has a minor malfunction, but the maintenance staff only changed the battery and used it

This apartment is good for 6 pax. View is facing TRX.
Everything in order expect 5 matters.
1. Extremely crowded with people.
Impossible to take the lift up and down. Got to wait for min.15 - 25mins.
2. Another negative part was they only provided with 1 pc of access card which makes it inconvenient for 6 pax to access.
3. The lift has no air conditioning thus makes it unpleasant for the huge crowd which we had to battle each trip.
4. The swimming pool was also not as accessible as it seems for apartment users. Restricted facilities. Got to purchase accessories before diving in.
5. Reception - not friendly and not a real reception. Mainly a security guard based at reception table.

There were ants everywhere. The room facilities were insufficient. The delivery was not delivered until the next day after communication.
