The hotel is in a good location, there are two metro stations nearby, a street with food, bars. The room is clean, but very small, there is no balcony, so there is nowhere to dry wet clothes. It is funny that during cleaning one slipper from a personal pair of flip-flops disappeared)) overall I recommend the hotel

The hotel itself is excellent – clean, comfortable rooms, a welcoming lobby, and great amenities. However, we encountered a frustrating issue during check-in: the hotel couldn't locate our reservation. We ended up waiting for over an hour, which was not the hotel's fault but rather a serious issue on Trip.com's end.
Ironically, this kind of problem is something we’ve occasionally experienced with platforms like A***a or B*****g.com – we didn’t expect it from Trip.com.
That said, the hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. They kindly offered us a place to rest and complimentary drinks at their café while the issue was being resolved. Their professionalism helped ease the frustration and left a positive impression overall.

We booked a non-smoking room, but there was a strong smell of cigarettes when we entered the room. We went to the counter to ask for a change of room. She said that the same room was no longer available. Then she arranged for the staff to spray freshener in our room, but it still couldn't eliminate the smell of cigarettes. After staying for 3 nights, there was still a slight smell of cigarettes.
The TV remote control had no batteries. Although I didn't specifically ask to watch TV, I should pay more attention to small details.
