Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur on the Park

Pros: Good service, nice environment, and a generous breakfast buffet. Cons: The lights are on even when you're sleeping, disrupting your sleep. Laundry service is free.

Terrible! I moved from Alila to this hotel. While many people may mind that Alila is surrounded by Little India, they'd just take a taxi. However, this hotel's location is incredibly congested, making taxis incredibly difficult unless you plan to take public transportation everywhere. I arrived at the hotel parking lot alone with a large suitcase, and two male staff members stood there, offering no intention of helping me unload my luggage from the taxi. I even looked them in the eye and asked, "Could you please help me carry my suitcase?" They acted as if I didn't hear me. I asked twice, but they didn't respond. After checking in, I reported the issue to the front desk, who said they weren't doormen. "As a guest, why should I care who does what in your hotel?" They were the only two people at the door, and if they didn't do it, they should have asked someone else to do it. Besides, I didn't ask for my luggage to be delivered to my room, just from the taxi. The hotel pool is only open until 8:00 AM. I don't understand how a guest would have time to use the pool before 8:00 PM and not have to do anything all day. The water pressure in the shower was also very low, it felt like a university bathhouse. I chose Indigo because I trusted the brand, but it was rubbish. I stayed in a university dorm for 1,000 yuan.

Great hotel! Great staff, delicious breakfasts, cozy and spacious rooms! Great location, all attractions within walking distance.

Excellent hotel just a few minutes' walk from the Petronas Towers. The rooms on the top floor are very nice, clean, and have all the necessary amenities. The rooftop infinity pool and excellent breakfast are a must!

The service was excellent. The handsome Chinese man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, providing many hotel details and nearby restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was quite exquisite, featuring local dishes. One suggestion would be to have more breakfast options suitable for Chinese people. The hotel is also in a great location and nicely decorated, though it's a bit of a shame that the view is obscured.
