We checked in early in the morning, and the downstairs receptionist had gone off duty. The self-service check-in process wasn't smooth. I made numerous phone calls, but couldn't add them on WeChat, couldn't find my QQ number, and couldn't open emails. Finally, I contacted Ctrip customer service to resolve the issue. I was nearly sleeping on the street with my 5-year-old in tow! Another hotel I stayed at a few days earlier was excellent, with a smooth check-in process... and no deposit required! Thanks again to Zeng Sen, the Ctrip customer service representative!

The room smells bad and the facilities are dirty, especially the sofa, which is black and you can't sit on it at all. The most disgusting thing is that there are cockroaches in the room. And there is no Chinese service as advertised.

Overall, the experience wasn’t bad. The rooms were reasonably comfortable, the staff were polite, and the location was convenient for moving around the city. While it may not be the most luxurious option compared to some other hotels in the area, it served its purpose well and offered decent value for the stay

had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Malaysia. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was excellent, close to major attractions and easy to access transportation.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The room was filthy, there was no reception, and the building was in terrible condition. No signs, no directions nothing. I ended up sleeping on the floor because it felt cleaner than the bed. I requested a refund, but it was denied. Absolutely unacceptable
