房間很滿意，衞生稍微有點差，沙發很臟，公寓鋪了一條毯子來遮蓋；第一間房間的射燈有問題，不過服務很配合，立刻換了一間。地理位置是一個加分項，有地鐵，距離sunway velocity步行路程。

Mooi ruime en schone appartement. Ook een mooie zwembad op de 8 verdieping. Locatie is oké, kost soms tijd om om in het centrum te komen voornamelijk als het druk is. Grap kost maar een paar euro’s  Een aanrader

I mainly go to concerts and play outside the city, so it is convenient here. For others, I suggest you check the distance to the attractions first. Service: We agreed to go to the airport in the early morning, so we refunded the deposit one day in advance (the stipulation is 200 Malaysian ringgits, which is almost 300 yuan. We brought pounds, and the staff insisted on asking us for £50, which is nearly 500 yuan). On the day we went to refund the deposit, "what a coincidence", we got off work early. It was clearly said that we would get off work at 8 o'clock, but when we went at 6:30, the building was empty and the door was locked. We didn't reply to messages or phone calls. Two cleaning staff came and opened the door for us and asked us to wait in the office. Then we contacted the front desk and waited for more than half an hour. The male front desk replied in a very bad tone. He said we should arrive at six o'clock. When we checked in, they told us that we would get off work at eight o'clock and we would return the money. Why did it become six o'clock? Then a girl came and opened the deposit drawer. There was no deposit for us. We asked others and searched for a long time, and found that it was placed alone in the corner of another drawer. The surprised and then suddenly enlightened expressions of the two staff members said it all. It was illegal operation. We didn't have the receipts that others had. You really have to be careful with the deposit when staying at this hotel, especially for guests with special departure time. Be careful not to be blackmailed. I don't recommend booking this hotel if you are not good at English. You will be bullied and unable to communicate.
