I had a fantastic stay at Harmony Luxury Suites at Lucentia From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, clean ,comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. I particularly enjoyed the infinity pool view and the other facilities.It made my visit truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL and looking forward to staying here again!

Although I booked this apartment a long time ago, the owner waited until the day before our arrival to inform us that the rooftop pool (the only reason I booked this apartment) was being renovated. I told him how dishonest he was to inform us so late, to which he replied that I should have checked the tenant reviews, some of which mentioned it. A disgrace. The apartment was very dirty, the sheets were worn and had hair in them, the towels were worn to the point of having holes (and we only had 2 out of 5). The extra bed was as hard as concrete, impossible to sleep on. Faced with my anger, the owner agreed to lower the rent, but that does not erase the host's dishonesty.
