The location of the hotel is very good, just near the light rail station. The room is large and very clean. The Malay food downstairs is also delicious.

The service attitude was extremely poor. The person at the front desk was an Indian. He couldn't speak English well and he said, "How dare I come to Malaysia alone if I don't know Malay?" ? Moreover, I was unable to check in on time due to traffic delays. Even if I contacted the hotel and the platform one day in advance, I would not be refunded. The location is okay
