Great location, walking distance to Petronas Tower. Clean room. Looks like it's been recently renovated. Lots of antiques in the reception area, which makes the hotel feel cozy.

The hotel is located near Chinatown and is very close to some surrounding attractions. You can take a stroll during the day. There are many Indians nearby, it's not like Chinatown. There are a lot of homeless people around at night. Arrived in the morning on the first day. Check-in was good and I was given early check-in. The facilities in the room are relatively old.
The worst impression was that the hotel had a power outage the next night, and there was no backup power supply. It was a hot day and there was no way to turn on the air conditioner or take a shower. I asked the hotel staff and was told that it was not their problem and they could not solve it. It probably stayed like this all night, and finally the power was not turned on until almost 4 o'clock in the morning. I stayed for 2 nights and did not encounter any courtesy from Chinese people. There was a person at the front desk who should be Chinese, but he did not speak Chinese. It is recommended that Ctrip remove the "Chinese courtesy" logo to avoid misleading.
