M and M Hotel was good for a budget stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the WiFi worked well. It’s in a great location, making it easy to get around. Overall, a solid choice for anyone looking for affordable accommodation.

Facilities: The air conditioner is broken. Even when the air volume is set to the minimum, it is still very noisy, like a howling wind. I couldn't sleep at night. The shower is also broken. Only the faucet can produce water, and the shower head has no water.
Service: The original two-day order was combined. If it was booked separately, the second day's order could be cancelled in advance. The itinerary changed and I wanted to change the second day's reservation to the next few days, but it was not possible. Anyway, it was not refundable.

The hotel smells of mold, I tried to boil water in the kettle, but when I opened it I saw that there was already water in it, which smelled terribly. In the shower there is black mold on the ceiling

The room was average. I don't understand why the order included taxes, but I was asked to pay 10 MYR in taxes when I checked in? I've stayed in so many hotels in Kuala Lumpur and never seen double tax.
