The services are very bad in this accommodation, the view is nice but at the pool side there always a lot of people which so difficult to take nice photo. There are few points I would like to mention. Firstly, during check-in 3 staffs at one counter checking-in one room, another guest got questions but they just ignore. Secondly, after we check-in found out there have no hot water at the shower, after contact the staff, found out that you have to switch on the hot water switch at least 15 minutes before using hot water. Furthermore, we staying at this accommodation for 3 nights, only the last night got staff to approach for make-up-room. The worst thing is that every time we would like to contact the staff, hotline will always will forward to mailbox and Wechat only will reply a message after every 30 minutes. In addition, the pillow in room are too high which our whole family can't sleep well. Also that the property have no In-room-dinning. I will expect this pricing with this accommodation and never recommend this place.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can get a parking card when you check in at the front desk. Guests can park for free in the underground parking lot. There is a swimming pool on the 51st floor and you can see the Petronas Twin Towers. The view is good and the scenery is good.
