we were a group of 12 people from Medan Indonesia.. made payment through the application...we ordered 6 rooms...arrived at the hotel, the rooms could not be occupied because the water was dead...terrible, repayment took several days...and we forced to find another hotel and it was late in the evening...and the hotel did not provide a solution
