The location is at the center of Kuantan city which is very convenient to many tourist. A limited car park (non covered) is available but was always full at night. Plenty of eatery nearby within a walking distance.

Overall, a bit dirty. Also I think should provide guest for early check in if there is any vacant room.
The toilet bowl really traumatized me.

Although it is small, it has everything. I like it very much and will come again.
I am not afraid of washing my hair in the middle of the night. There is a hair dryer and clothes can be ironed.
