2 ) tak bersih , cadar mmg tak tukar ke lepas next guest nk masuk ? bantal , selimut , towel bau hapak , kepam . lagi2 bantal dgn towel bau kepam gilaaaaa 🤦🏻♀️
3 ) susah nak berurusan , mintak tukar tarikh or cancel suruh call trip , bila dah call trip , trip dah email + contact pihak hotel pun sama jgk . tak respon . last2 cakap takde manager , banyak alasan .

Many complain from my sister…
I would like to raise a few concerns regarding the room that my sisters currently staying in:
1. Bathroom Door Privacy: The bathroom door is made of frosted glass but is not fully covered. The top and bottom parts are transparent, which compromises privacy, especially when sharing the space.
2. No Window in the Room: The room has no window, which makes the space feel closed off and poorly ventilated. This was not clearly stated in the listing.
3. Mattress Issue: The listing mentioned a queen tatami bed, but what was provided are two single mattresses combined. This is uncomfortable and not what was expected based on the description.

Bilik family, tapi malappp je.. lampu kuning,.. pastu ada berapa spot je.. malap je bilik.. wife nak mekap muka pun xnampak muka..
Pastu pintu bilik air xleh kunci.. kira tawakkal je supaya anak xbuka pintu bilik air masa buang hajat..
Banyak2 penginapan.. ni paling worst aku pergi.. jijik..
