Sheets and pillowcases look like they've never been washed... there are scratches and spots. There is a broken plug point in the room. Unexpected as in the picture it looks so beautiful... Owner/management, please upgrade your hotel. 😔

Worth it for stayed at Kuantan, far a bit from the Town, but still accessible.
Too limited parking lot, as congested with Residential area.

Everything is ok but the mattress needs more cleanliness....because we can't sleep comfortably...too many bugs....it's best to use an exterminator to prevent bugs from breeding...
