The memorable journey began and ended with the sound of a gong. The staff was incredibly comfortable and welcoming! A minor hiccup at check-in was quickly resolved, and they even proactively upgraded my room. Regarding the amenities, despite being a historic resort, I felt most of the room facilities were past their prime. The air conditioner was noisy, the doors were gaping, the curtains let in a lot of light, and the bathtub drain wouldn't open. The hotel's ambiance was stunning, pristine, and there was a constant sense of harmony between humans and nature. The monitor lizards in the water, the monkeys and squirrels in the books, the peacocks at their leisure, and even the insects in the restaurant were all friendly to humans. According to incomplete statistics, my son had 43 bites in one night. The package with all three meals was a great value! Every meal was delicious and filling!

It’s a beautiful resort, but unfortunately our trip was not as smooth as expected. The reservations team did not receive our extension request, and we were asked to check out unexpectedly. Additionally, the checkout time is rather early at 11am. This was disappointing, especially considering we were paying close to RM800 per night and spent over RM2,000 dining at the resort’s restaurants for lunch and dinner.

The beach is clean and the view is beautiful at sunset, breakfast is ok because it is cheap and there are not many food options. The room is ok and comfortable.

This resort is the best resort i ve stayed so far! From the staff that are well-trained and super attentive to the uniqueness of the building itself. All are just amazing. Breakfast was super delicious that every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Highly recommended this resort for all of you.
