Very clean and new room. Excellent bathroom. Owner gave us a great deal, allowed us to park for free and went above and beyond to help us. The shower was wonderful! And a lovely breakfast too. Thank you for having us, all 4 of us really enjoyed the trip

we came here to eat breakfast, staying next door. We were welcomed, the food was very good and the prices excellent. next time we will stay here for sure. The conditions from here -LULA hotel and restaurant are excellent value for money, taking into account the surroundings overall.

Nette basic kamer, mooi terras om te ontbijten, lekker Albanees ontbijt. Net buiten restaurantbuurt, dicht bij strand, helaas niet het meest aangename steand van Ksamil (luide muziek en niet zo netjes), wij gingen naar het Hidden bay strand op 10 minuutjes wandelen waar het heerlijl rustig was en waar we 10 euro betaalden voor 2 zetels en parasol.

Buon hotel con personale gentile, camere spaziose e pulitissime.Tutte le finestre hanno belle zanzariere in modo da dormire tranquilli. Parcheggio gratuito. In pochi passi si raggiunge una bella spiaggia attrezzata. Colazione nella norma servita al tavolo. Consigliato

I’m surprised that other travellers have rated this hotel as “amazing/9 out of 10”. We find it to be more of a 2 star hostel than the three star hotel they seem to have. Rooms are basic, one bed sheet but bonus for good air con and refrigerator. One of the staff was quite harsh and unfriendly but Denis at the reception made up for that, as Denis is very friendly and service minded. The neighbouring beach bar blasts loud dance music to well after midnight (at least in July). We found the other area of Ksamil as better value as you don’t get the quietness here regardless. Very pricey for the value offered, there are lots of better options in the same price range.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel, apparentemente di recente costruzione. Comodo al centro della città, con diversi locali e ristoranti. Tutto ok anche la colazione, non a buffet ma servita al tavolo, su una bella terrazza coperta.

Hotel con buena situación,buen desayuno y habitaciones muy anticuadas en decoración, perchas de alambre de la tintorería, frigorífico que tuvimos que desconectar para poder dormir,baño antiguo pero aceptable y limpio, buena ducha. Hotel solamente para una noche o dos maximo

Great hotel in Ksamil! Walking distance to the beach and a lot of great restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they even gave us a free upgrade to a better room. Breakfast is delicious, you can choose what you want to eat. The rooms are spacious and clean, great bathroom and shower, a lot of amenities. We would definitely recommend this hotel in Ksamil, you really get great value for your money! 😊
