From the beginning to last day of stay everything was perfect. Welcome in the reception, suitcases collecting, room equipment. Free battery charging, and availability. Food is always one of the best quality with perfect visual and test impressions. Staff always helpful and friendly. Even whether was perfect.

Super hotel w cichym zakątku nieco oddalony od zgiełku Krzynicy . Doskonały na wypoczynek i regenerację . Bardzo dobra obsługa oraz wyżywienie na wysokim poziomie . Każdy znajdzie swoje miejsce w hotelu , gdzie można spedzić czas w spokoju. Piekna strefa SPA , w której w ciszy można zażywać kąpieli w basenie lub w saunarium , jak również wypoczywać na tarasie zewnętrznym w jacuzzi lub na leżakach. Polecamy , zapewne wrócimy na kolejny pobyt.

12 lipca to dzień moich urodzin i prezent który sobie zrobiłam to pobyt w Waszym Hotelu,było jak zwykle wspaniale,świetna kuchnia ,genialna obsługa,aż żal było wyjeżdżać. Bardzo wysoko cenię wyczucie pracowników ,którzy stwarzają prawie rodzinną atmosferę ale z dużym wyczuciem ,bardzo serdecznie ale nie nachalnie,z moim trudnym charakterem znaleźć takie miejsce jest dosyć trudno.

Wonderful place, great people. Nice welcome, beautiful view, quiet rooms. Spa are very nice with extra drinking water and tee. The service is very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend or a holiday stay. Additionally nice area for exploring.

Perfect, relaxing stay. Very quiet, extremely comfortable hotel. Fantastic, large spa, luxurious wellness area, beautiful views from all rooms and exceptional food. The hotel staff is excellent. We stayed for 4 nights which was not enough…

Bardzo dobry hotel, bardzo dobra restauracja oraz zabiegi i obsluga( udziela wszelkich informacji). Pokoje konfortowe, produkty toaletowe markowe. Nie moglam niestety wyprobowac SPA, ale nastepnym rezem na pewno sprawdze! Mozliwosc pojscia na spacery lub (wymagajace wiekszych wysilkow) chodzenie po gorkach. Wszystko mi sie bardzo podobalo. Czy to sniadanie czy kolacja: piekny wybor i stoly pelne ( polskich!!!)smakolykow. Polecam !!!

Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Kuchnia średnia. Zamówiliśmy 5 różnych dań i wszystkie były na ocenę 3/5. Pokój z dostawką mały. Dostawka średniej jakości. Zwłaszcza materac. Po rozlozeniu dostawki ciasnota w pokoju. Fajnie, że w pokoju był czajnik i ekspres do kawy. Bardzo fajne kosmetyki w łazience. Na basenie czyściutko. Dużym atutem jacuzzi. Cena zbyt wygórowana w stosunku do podobnej klasy obiektów.

Cudowne miejsce w cudownym miejscu haha! Świetny pobyt zaoferował mi Hotel. Nie można się przyczepić do niczego. Genialne położenie tylko zwieńcza całość. Śniadania bardzo obfite, po królewsku można by rzec haha. Na pewno będziemy tam częstymi gośćmi.
