We booked the half day spa sleepover package after the venue told us that the full day package was not available. The website says that the halfday package STARTS with a LUNCH. They told us to arrive at 8h30 in the morning, which didn't make sense at all. And we made plans for the morning. I called the place and asked why we need to arrive at 8h30 because this was a half day package that starts at 12h00. They had no reason. Needless to say, we rushed over there and arrived at 11h00. We got a Hot stone and foot massage and were sent to our room at 12h00 to wait for supper at 18h00. We checked out to celebrate my birthday properly elsewhere. They lied to us and wasted our time and money!!!

The Spa sessions and food were excellent, well executed and soooo relaxing! They were helpful and happy staff and it was just a day of pure bliss. There was a house keeping issue which has now been resolved to my satisfaction so there is no need to go into detail about this. Flower petals and sparlking wine after dinner on the bed and going into the bathroom was amazing.

My friend and I needed a place to stay that is close to Greensleeves and Crystal Rose was the best option.

Customer service was outstanding. The room was clean and comfortable with the essential amenities. Bathroom size was a pleasant surprise. Staff at the dining area was friendly, A good breakfast and coffee was served. Dining area is spacious, overlooking the well maintained garden. Huge parking area and a good access road into and out of the property
