From the very first telephone call to make our booking, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff, setting the tone for a truly special stay. The meals were delightful—the breakfast menu was standard yet beautifully presented and full of flavor, and the lunch was equally enjoyable. The highlight for us was the romantic dinner they arranged as part of our vow renewal. The staff went out of their way to create a stunningly decorated, intimate corner for us. The food was delicious, and the attention to detail was evident. One suggestion we’d like to make is to include dessert in the Sweetheart Escape overnight package’s romantic dinner. The dessert we ordered at our cost was another highlight for us—it was not only delicious but also beautifully served, adding to the overall experience. The room setup was wonderfully romantic, with rose petals on the bed and around the spa bath, chocolates, and champagne. However, we would recommend having the room prepared during dinner rather than beforehand to avoid the ice melting and the setup getting slightly disturbed while the couple gets ready for dinner. Overall, we were extremely pleased with every single detail of our stay. While the massages were just okay, the rest of the experience far exceeded our expectations. Crystal Rose Lodge is truly a gem, and we look forward to returning in the future! Another suggestion is fruit juice on the house in between spa treatments.

Thank you to everyone, the staff was super friendly, Annamarie(i think that was her name) wow, over and beyond the perfect hostess, the food was perfect, just the flies put us off, but overall it was a loverly stay and we will definately donit again, thank you, also the aircon didnt work 100%
