The service is super amazing, first day i came was with my husband for my birthday,the place is breathtaking,the staff is extremely professional and friendly, within two weeks i came back alone for my facial and i must say, the pamper exceeded my expectations,definitely worth the drive

I am a perfectionist and I never thought I would be so highly impressed in my life without having few complains there and there. The staff at Vivari Spa exceeded my expectations, their service, their professionalism , their punctuality, their hospitality , their fruendlynes is outstanding. This has to be one of the best experiences I got from a Hotel in a while. Vivari is a hidden gem that needs to be explored. Your Team is so professional, friendly, kind and they pay attention to detail. Joy was just so helpful and made our stay worth every dime. My Daughter’s MD wouldn’t have been so memorable without your team. My guests were well taken care of in my absentia. Thank you for your great service and hospitality.

The service received is out of this world. The scenery OMG 😍. The staff deserves a million stars. The food was amazing and the room,top notch. Oratilwe gave us a lecture on Wines😁He is really good. The relaxing music that is constantly playing can make one to not wanna leave! We are definitely coming back!!

What a wonderfully relaxing and reinvigorating spa experience! I enjoyed every moment - from walking into reception, to the lunch and treatments. The spa is beautifully laid out, smells wonderful and is clean. All staff are very helpful and friendly. My therapist listened to my needs and was very capable. I’d highly recommend this spa to all my friends and anyone looking for a good break from the ordinary day-to-day.

The whole experience was just amazing . Staff was 10/10. Would definitely do it again. The rooms were amazing, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous and the whole aesthetic is just great. The food was also really good, you guys really outdo yourselves.

Very nice and well maintained property. Staff is so warm and helpfull. I stayed 4 nights in the property and loved the environment. If you are coming for business or family vacation. Suggest u to stay....,..............................

I had the best experience at Vivari spa .They made my 40th birthday so memorable.I must say my therapist Sibonelo was so kind and welcoming...best massage ever. The service from the staff is great ...was treated like royalty .id rate them 12/10 .my expectations were exceeded...The facility is clean..with spectacular views👌👌
