역에 내려서 버스 타면 바로 앞에서 내릴 수 있습다. 직원은 매우 친절했습니다. 방 및 화장실 또한 깨끗하고 넓습니다. 시설이 매우 좋았습니다.

Ich bin seit ca. 6 Jahren regelmäßig in dem hotel und komme immerwieder gern. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Als Gast kann man sich hier nur wohl fühlen. Kostenlose und ausreichend Parkplätze und ein großes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet wird geboten. Egal ob als Familie, allein oder auf Geschäftsreise ist man hier gut aufgehoben und das hotel ust ruhig gelegen. Der nah anliegende große Park lädt zum verweilen und Entspannen ein mit Blick auf Frankfurt. Dieses Hotel kann ich jedem empfehlen der für ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis ein Hotel sucht.

Wir haben zwei herausragende Konzerte in der schönen neuen Kronberg-Academy besucht und dreimal im Hotel Viktoria übernachtet. Vom Bahnhof fährt ab und zu ein Bus, zu Fuss geht man eine gute Viertelstunde auf schönen Wegen duch den Viktoria-Park.Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer geräumig und zum Garten hin gelegen und damit absolut ruhig. Ein Problem mit der Warmwasserversorgung wurde sofort behoben. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist das Frühstück, das zwar enthält, was man etwa erwarten kann, aber die Auswahl ist recht fantasielos (die Bedinung allerdings freundlich).

Nachdem wir in den letzten Jahren mehrfach Freunde in dem Hotel untergebracht hatten, waren wir heute von den Erfahrungen an der Reception entsetzt. Wir hatten gebeten, uns einen der vorhandenen Regenschirme gegen Hinterlegung des Personalausweises als Pfand für rund eine Stunde auszuleihen. Die unfreundliche und überhebliche, arrogante Reaktion der Rezeption wird dazu führen, dass wir unsere Gäste demnächst in einem anderen Hotel unterbringen werden, obwohl wir in der Vergangenheit positive Erfahrungen mit dem Hotel gemacht hatten.

Dieses relativ moderne Hotel ist besser als ich erwartet habe. Gut eingerichtete Zimmer und Badezimmer, ein ordentliches Frühstück, Parkplätze und effizientes Personal. Schade, dass das Haus als garni Hotel (also ohne Restauration für die Hauptmahlzeiten) eingerichtet ist.
