Die freundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns herzlich Empfangen. Zum Hotelaufenthalt hatten wir eine abendliche Segelausfahrt mitgebucht. Wir konnten einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang erleben. Dier Skipper war sehr nett und hat uns auch selber steuern lassen. Im Restaurant gab es anschließend ein leckers 3-Gang Menü. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam. die Zimmer sind groß und sehr sauber.

Die Lage im Hafen in Ordnung, abgelegen, klar, meiste Zimmer nach hinten zum parking. Zimmer benötigen Restauration, alles nicht mehr so, wie es heute sein sollte. Verschlissen die Einrichtung. Personal bemüht, Restaurant weniger, eher Convenience Qualität. Wenig frische Anmutung, alles so, da halt Pachthotel und sie brauchen die hohen Preise. Der Vermieter Maichle und Mohr, halt die Leute, denen gehört das Hafen. Alles renovieren, frisch kochen würde ich vorschlagen. Zumindestens jeden Tag ein Mittagsmenü mit Hausmannskost, so sie sind keine Köche, nur Segellehrer. Das reicht nicht für Gastrononomie. Wenig value for Money, das wollen die Kunden aber. Nur so geht Kundenbindung.

Estuve en este hotel por el Aero22 de Friedrichshafen. Hubo un error en la reserva entre el centro de asistencia de Aero22 y el hotel, y me obligaron a pagar a mi la equivocación. Nula sensibilidad. El personal de recepción no tomó ningún interés en corregir el error llegando a mofarse cuando reclamé. Hotel muy caro por lo que ofrece.

Schönes Hotel nur wenige Meter vom Bodensee entfernt. Restaurant in der Nebensaison geschlozaber mehrere Alternativen Fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer Top, sehr gutes Frühstück.
