Uns hat die renovierte Unterkunft wirklich gut gefallen. Matratze, Dusche und alles war wirklich sehr gut. Wir konnten sogar ein wenig früher einchecken. Die Lautstärke zur Straße kann ich nicht beurteilen, aber zum Innenhof ist es absolut ruhig. Wirklich sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Everything was ok, the breakfast room was very dark, so I skipped breakfast. The bed for the single is much too narrow. I don't need a 140 bed, but when I turned over I was worried about falling out of bed. Why so narrow in a big room and what a strange bed, like a camping lounger???

on 10/27/2022 I booked 1 single room in the hotel from 11/12/2022 to 11/13/2022.
and yes, I took the price without cancellation or rebooking.
on November 4th, 2022 I had an accident. So I couldn't start my trip to Krefeld.
Consultation with Trip Inn revealed that I could not expect a refund.
I had hoped for an accommodating arrangement - unfortunately no. So I can't give a positive rating.

Die Zimmer sind von angenehmer Größe (bin gehbehindert/Rollator), sauber, Wäsche ist absolut in Ordnung!
Sehr schön der Hinweis auf Nachhaltigkeit was die Nutzung von Handtüchern angeht!
Personal/Service (Housekeeping) absolut TOP!
Sonderwünsche wurden berücksicht!
Frühstücksbuffett ausreichend, vielfältig! Man kann sich wirklich satt essen!
Etwas komplizierter ist es mit Nahrungsmittelunverträglichkeiten ... doch der Rewe neben dem Hotel kann das gut abfedern.
Essenzeiten sind lange (06:30-10:00 Frühstück). Niemand drängelt, selbst wenn man in Ruhe seine Zeitung beim dritten Kaffee genießt.
Etwas schade ist, in der kalten Jahreszeit abends kein heißes Wasser für Tee oder ne Kaffee zu haben. Das muss man extern kaufen. Kioks ist fußläufig zuerreichen.
Check-in und -Out sind unkompliziert!
Kann ich ruhigen Gewissen empfehlen!
Absolutes Plus -＞ wer rein mit dem ÖPNV kommt -＞ vom Bahnhof aus10 min Fußweg bis zum Hotel!

Stanza molto carina, struttura dell hotel un po’ vetusta. Ho apprezzato la gentilezza del ragazzo al check in. Ho odiato la signora al check out che mi ha accusato di aver rubato la molla che tiene la targhetta nel portachiavi (quindi state attenti a non perderlo).
