The staff is very helpful and kind. Sadly
Wifi matters so much For travelers. And the wifi was so sporadic, intermittent or cancelled itself regularly, to the point where it was useless. Breakfast is really sufficient and the omelette was very good.

Хорошее расположение в центре города, при этом тихо, уютно. В номере есть все необходимое, по запросу можно взять чайные принадлежности, кровать удобная. Чуткий внимательный персонал. Вкусные завтраки по индивидуальному заказу. Отличный ресторан. С удовольствием приеду ещё.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле всегда во время командировок-хорошее расположение.Внимательность и доброжелательность персонала-выше всяких похвал.Девушки на ресепшн улыбаются искренне в любое время суток,когда бы ты ни приехал,готовы помочь в любой возникшей бытовой ситуации.Хороший ресторан, достаточные завтраки.Если выезжаем рано утром,есть ланч бокс -готовит ресторан с собой каждому гостю индивидуально по заказу. Очень интересный интерьер в купеческом стиле с антикварным декором.Мило и душевно.Атмосферно и уютно. Хорошая постель.Удобный матрас Тщательная и очень аккуратная ежедневная уборка.

Удачное расположение, шум от дорог не долетал, хотя рядом с центром, ночью спалось отлично, хороший сервис, доброжелательность сотрудников. Завтрак на выбор - готовят под тебя омлет или яичницу с добавками; кашу на выбор, соки, кофе, овощи свежие, нарезки сырные, рыбные и мясные. В нашем номере была еще и сауна, погреться вечером - отлично было. Всё понравилось!

Хороший отель. Просторный номер, очень чисто, тепло. Постель, полотенца, халаты - все прекрасного качества. Завтрак отличный. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. Отдельное спасибо за организацию индивидуального раннего завтрака в 5ч утра) Либо у меня не было соседей, либо шумоизоляция очень хорошая. Чего мне лично не хватило в номере - это штор блэк-аут (актуально при разнице в 4 ч с европейской частью России) и чайника (не просила, скорей всего предоставили бы по запросу).
