Гостиница неплохая, расположение удобное, но очень скользкие ступеньки при входе, персонал не реагирует на замечание, ничего не делает, были вынуждены съехать в другую гостиницу. В следующий раз наверное останавливаться будем в другой гостинице

Вполне достойный Отель. Все чисто, в номерах сделан свежий ремонт, есть вид из окна, нормальное местоположение (можно пешком дойти до красной улицы), с учётом средней температуры по палате цена слегка завышена, но это нивелирует с учётом хорошего завтрака. Но есть одно но! - это клуб на крыше. Меня поселили на 11 этаж клуб находился на 14. Музыка начала мне мешать примерно с самого начала дискотеки 17:00, если что музыка до сих пор играет (время 09:18).

Отличный отель.Получила огромное удовольствие от отеля,приятный персонал,отличный номер.Все сто нужно для отдыха,уют,тепло,тишина,комфорт.Отель оставил приятное впечатление и положительные эмоции.Советую остановиться тем кто любит комфорт

Жили в улучшенном стандарте. Номер с подуставшей мебелью и сантехникой (которая, к слову, сломана). Долго думали, что открыто окно, но нет, оно просто нереально сквозило и нереальный шум дороги. В номере не предоставляют бесплатной воды. Нет халатов, нет одноразовых гигиенических принадлежностей. Подуставшее постельное белье, нет чувства, что ты «в отеле». Парковки переполненные... для такого большого номерного фонда необходимо ее сделать более продуманной. Пришли на завтрак за 40 мин. до окончания. Мало того, что нет свободных столов, потому что их слишком мало для такого огромного отеля, так ещё и ждали этот завтрак более 45 минут, который оказался съедобным, не более. Кофе и чай спустя час так и не дождались, к слову. Лучше доплатить пару тысяч и заехать в более лучший отель 4 звезды.

Уже 16:41, а мы до сих пор ждём заселения… хотя бронировали люкс за несколько дней до даты приезда. Надо ли продолжать? :) каких то извинений не услышали. Нам просто сообщили, что номер не готов (предварительно взяв деньги) и надо ждать. Просто не успевает персонал :) поэтому надо ждать:) ждём :)
